In order to provide our digital storefront, maintain customer accounts, and fulfill purchases, we collect the following categories of information:

• Account Details: When you register an account, your name, email address, and optional telephone number are maintained via Clerk authentication and synchronized to our application user profile.
• Delivery & Billing Addresses: Recipient full name, street address, city, state/province, postal code, country code, and contact phone number.
• Order History: Immutable historical snapshots of purchased garments, selected colors and sizes, quantities, delivery address snapshots, and fulfillment status.
• Wishlist & Inquiries: Saved catalog items linked to your customer profile, and inquiries submitted through our contact channels.

2. Information We Do Not Collect or Store

In strict accordance with our architectural rules and data minimization practices:

• We never store credit card or payment card information. Payment operations are handled through external payment providers.
• We do not deploy third-party advertising trackers, cross-site behavioral analytics, or retargeting pixels.
• We do not sell or monetize personal information to data brokers or marketing intermediaries.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

Our storefront utilizes only functional and session-essential technologies:

• Authentication Session Cookies: Cryptographically secured session identifiers issued by Clerk to maintain active customer sign-in state.
• Guest Cart Storage: A randomized 64-character token stored in your browser's localStorage under key kpa_cart_token, used solely to maintain unauthenticated shopping bag items across visits. It is automatically cleared upon signing in.

4. Service Infrastructure & Third-Party Processors

Personal information is processed strictly by infrastructure components required for application operations:

• Clerk: Cloud identity and authentication provider.
• Supabase / PostgreSQL: Encrypted cloud database infrastructure hosting application data.
• Logistics Partners: Address snapshots shared with delivery couriers solely to effectuate physical parcel dispatch.

5. Client Rights & Contact Information

Clients may review, update, or remove their saved addresses and profile details at any time by accessing their Client Account. For requests regarding account deletion or data subject inquiries, please communicate directly with our atelier desk.
